Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owner, Paul, who gave us a quick tour and showed us to the yurt. We were very excited to learn that he had already stocked the mini fridge with some delicious Funky Bow and a few homemade snacks. We settled in, then made our way down to the taproom for some pints and pizza. Outside, a huge cast iron cauldron let off a welcoming glow from the flames. We spent a few hours eating, drinking and playing games like foosball and giant Jenga. After the last song by the live band, we continued the night around the fire pit at the yurt. As the snow piled up along with our cans of Funky Bow, we cozied up inside. The 3 pillow-top beds and gas stove were more than enough to keep us warm on a cold winter night.
