Kathy provided absolutely excellent communication. She was very responsive to requests and questions. I stayed in the fall after water had been shut off most places in the campground, but Kathy provided me with a place to get water and it all worked out. Great 50 amp electrical hookup with no problems. Awesome hiking in Loess hills that is just a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend this site. The photos and description of it that Kathy provided are very accurate, and when I arrived I was satisfied with the spot. It’s easy to find right off the highway, and as a woman traveling alone, it felt safe. Unfortunately there was a mix-up in communication between Kathy and me which led me to believe that there may not have been a bathroom available to me. I wasn’t able to get in touch with Kathy right away on arrival to ask her about it and I was in urgent need of a bathroom! Kathy responded to my message within a half hour or so, but by then, I was on my way to another nearby campground. Kathy was very gracious about giving me a prompt refund at the last minute due to the mix-up, which I appreciated very much.
