This is a guy’s backyard, and a small drive from the park/beach. While the owner was responsive, we wish that the description had been a little more up front. Other campers were staying less than a hundred feet from our tent, and had they wanted to use the fire pit, we would have had to share. If you just want a nice spot for your camper that is a short drive from the beach, this is a good spot. If you’re hoping for a more outdoorsy tent camping experience, maybe look elsewhere. The situation was as described. 50/30 Amp power is available, but make sure to bring a long cord so you can access it. There is no water, but there is a county park with a dump station and fresh water available just about 10 minutes north. The beach access is just down the road as described. You can walk there and there is a lot of parking available if you would rather drive.
