The little screened in porch was perfect at keeping the mosquitoes out while still being able to enjoy the outdoors. It was a little over a mile walk to get to the beach but a nice breeze for half the trip kept the mosquitoes from biting. The sunsets on this little piece of land were spectacular. I would definitely return. It was on a quiet street with very little traffic. Short drive to town to get groceries or eat at a restaurant. The beach is very close, one mile drive to the highway and the beach access is almost straight across. Tim was very quick to respond to messages and he even checked on us a couple of time to make sure everything was good. I would very much stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
