The couch turns into a queen bed, the loft has two twin beds\. The property has access to the river walking distance where you can relax, float on tubes \(provided\) or bring your own kayak\. There is also a firepit with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, lounge chairs and indoor and outdoor games for your enjoyment\. 1 pet is allowed for an additional fee\. Please message me for details\. I appreciated the vacuum and cleaning supplies being accessible as I prefer to clean as I stay in places after meals, etc. If possible, check if her campground site is available during your stay to access the river from her private dock where there is a floating dock pad near the shore under trees with shade. It's the perfect spot to relax and watch the tubers float downstream. We are so appreciative of her welcoming our doggos and making the directions easy for us to follow.
