The property is very cozy and there is plenty of room for activities. We pitched out tents next to the bahn and brought a small propane grill to cook some food. There is river access down the road a little bit and the water was wonderful. The current is kind of strong but it was fine for our 11 year old. It was his first real camping trip. The isolation was wonderful not having to worry about bothering anyone else or vice versa. The stars were beautiful and the weather was clear all weekend. The silence of the night listening to the frogs chirping was extremely soothing. Also a great location being only 25 minutes from North Conway. I would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends that want some quiet time sitting by a fire enjoying each other's company. Would definitely recommend. We made a 10 minute drive up to Lovewell pond and floated in our tubes all afternoon right back to our camp! There is also a convenience store a mile and a half away. The beach area off this property was amazing, a nice shallow section leading into a deeper swimming area.
