This was our first Hip camping experience and we couldn't be happier. If you're camping here tent camping would be great because you can pitch a tent near the water. We were able to use the deck of the yurt (as no one was there) and it made for some great stargazing. There is some highway noise, but the privateness of the site made up for it. Our dog could wander and stretch his legs, so that worked out perfectly. We would definitely stay again!
