They sleep 4 with bunk beds and have a lovely porch to sit on. The bathrooms are shared but close by and fairly clean. \r\n\r\nEagle Rock Resort is pretty remote, having to drive over 50 miles through a National Forest from Mount Rainier, meaning the only things around are the grocery store and restaurant/bar attached to the resort. Luckily, they also have gas. I was told that I would be left a key outside the cabin. When I arrived around 6:30pm, I found my welcome packet with no key to be found. The grocery store (which also handles rentals) closes at 7pm, so by the time I realized my key was missing, I just barely caught them after closing. The host was very accomodating. We luckily got the biggest site but apparently, it's 1st come 1st serve despite chosing your site on the website. We got there late and didnt open our packet till the next day... open your packet! The bathroom code is different than what you get via email. If it is raining, bring a canopy. It is an open area with no cover. You have no privacy from the other campers due to it being an open area but the kids had a great time kicking the ball and running around. They had the fire pit with chairs which was great so our fabric chairs didnt get wet in the rain. I thought we would have access to the river to hangout by... nope. And to get there u have to go through brush past signs that say beware of rattlesnakes. Oh yay! You have the store there for any necessities which is great. We chose this spot last minute so we didn't know what there was to do around and unfortunately the kind folks at the store didnt really know either. Regardless, we sat and relaxed and enjoyed!
