We wanted private, quiet, and dark and that’s what we got. We were greeted by a dog who barked for a minute and then started wagging his tail. I felt safer knowing he was patrolling the property. Got there about dark and Terry came up to make sure we were good and offered some firewood, food advice, and some coffee for the next morning. Set up a tent and went into town for dinner. Downtown restaurants (Civil Kitchen) also very nice. The next morning, we had a thermos and a couple of the coolest mugs we’ve ever seen on the picnic table! The hosts were really nice and we would love to come back and see the gardens in all their glory in the spring.
