About this space
Welcome to my property that sits below the Goldendale Observatory. In fact, there are hiking trails right behind (to the east) the property that will take you right up to the State Park. From April to September, the Observatory is open Thursday-Sunday from 3pm-5pm for the Solar Show and from 9pm-Midnight for the Evening Show. More information is on their website or through Washington State Park...

Sarah and her family were so welcoming and accommodating on my recent stay during a bikepacking trip. I would highly recommend their camp space.
Overall, this campsite offers a charming and welcoming experience, particularly for families and those looking for a rustic getaway. Guests appreciate the clean cabins, friendly hosts, and the beautiful farm setting, which includes animals and spacious fields for activities. However, some visitors noted minor discomforts such as noise from wildlife at night and the need for additional sleeping pads in the loft. Despite these drawbacks, the campsite's proximity to the observatory and excellent stargazing opportunities make it a popular choice.
