The oasis is 1 acer of fenced off desert land with a concrete slab converted to a fire pit and hang out area. There is a glassed wind protector near the fire pit for some wind protection. The Tipi is carpeted and has room for 4 sleeping bags. There is tons of wildlife to see and many stars to gaze at.
