I was just passing through on travels and it looked like a good place to spend the night. Owner was not on site when we arrived like she said she would be. Did not respond to calls or email when we arrived. Did not greet us when she did arrive. No Hipcamp signage. \n3. First thing we noticed was: beep-beep-beep every three seconds. When host arrived 2 hours later and was asked about noise, she claimed she couldn’t hear it, that it was her neighbor’s gate. Electronic beeping was continuous. \n4. Description stated 30amp when it actually was a 20 amp outlet; luckily we had the right extension cord. Host said, “it’s not my problem” if people don’t show up with the right cord.
