He was waiting for us and directed us to our spot. The campground was clean with gravel lots and plenty of room. There is water. It's a new campground, he didn't have electric hookups but will have electric soon. I messaged him and he got back to me pretty quickly. The area was very quiet no noise, there are spot that have shade, the middle spots do not have any shade which was fine for when we went. VIR is about 3 minutes away and the town is about 7 minutes away. Very nice town with restaurants. Will absolutely be using it again for any other camping needs in the area I might have. It's a nice and cozy campsite, and the owner and his family are so sweet and just all around cool people.\nLocation was super convenient for what I needed. Plenty of good flat tent spots for small and large tent needs. Site was close to the main road while still being hidden away in the woods.\nMy car could handle this, but just a warning, it helps to have good tires and ground clearance, as the road to the site from the main road is unpaved and a little bumpy/rocky, but short so not too bad and no major inclines.\nPorta potty was close enough to the camp but not so close you could smell it while sleeping, and it sounded like the owner was planning on continuing to upgrade the site, so maybe there'll be \"real\" toilets in the future.\nFire pits looked nice, I didnt use them but I walked by some other peeps fires and it seemed like they worked great. There's also a general store and jewelry stand they have really close to camp for shopping needs, and it's right down the road from another general store and dollar tree.\nBonus, the outdoor shower was actually pretty great, had hot water (though getting the hot water wasn't super intuitive at first) and decent water pressure that wasn't too rough on my sunburns,.
