I would guess these pictures are 10 maybe 15 years old when the park was new. There are trees on the corner of each lot that are large and make it difficult to back in without brushing against them (we are in a 42' 5th wheel). The roads throughout the park are narrow which adds to the difficulty of backing in. Something 30' or less would probably be easier to back in.
