Was unusually hot for August and there is not a lot of shade from trees until later in the afternoon, and that is where the cool creek water was fantastic. Constant entertainment was provided by the multitude of different birds and visits from very friendly cows. Debbie is a wonderful host whose communication is spot on and she made sure that we had a fabulous long weekend. Be aware that the spot is not super flat and you will need to choose carefully and do some levelling but this is well and truly worth the effort.
