Nice elevated campsite. I recommend bringing a tent - the bunks are rustic and there are ants and mosquitoes. It’s great that they have a fire pit by the lake.

AI Review Summary

Camp Watanda offers a beautiful location near Yuba River, making it a peaceful retreat for campers. While many appreciate the friendly host and convenient amenities, some reviewers noted cleanliness issues in the bathrooms and the need for maintenance, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the rustic bunks may not be suitable for everyone, especially due to the presence of ants and mosquitoes. Overall, it provides a good camping experience, but some feel the pricing does not reflect the quality.
