This time we camped at Love at First Site, an idyllic spot surrounded by trees reached by a track so a good choice if you want your car by your tent or like us have a dog. The site is the top end of campsite fees but you get your own open air shower and washing up facilities with toilets just down the track plus total privacy and farm walks right from your pitch. There is an ice pack freezer and spotless loo and shower in the yard together with a lovely farm shop selling organic everything from food to toilet paper and local charcoal. My son and I loved the games barn and slide down the garden wall. The whole farm resonates the love and craftsmanship of the hosts and also offers many other camping spots that have different plus points (views, very sunny etc) 2 beautiful cosy holiday let’s and a farmhouse B&B, so you could easily have friends or family join you even if they didn’t fancy camping. The whole farm is easily accessible to get to the coast and the Daffodil pub just a short drive down the road is a great stop for that last night of the holiday treat- excellent food and dog friendly too.
