was lovely and had quite a bit to see and enjoy! Driving in I was greeted by several alpacas and a few horses, then into the cabin area of the property which was nicely laid out and easy to navigate. Four cabins are nicely spaced apart at the edge of a forested area, which itself has some lovely trails, the longest running along a creek. The Yellow cabin is the farthest from the shower trailer but definitely walkable- or just drive down the hill. The cabin was very comfortable and if you want seclusion or just quiet, a good choice. The hosts sent me lots of good info about getting to and spending time on their property, the day before my arrival. I’d definitely go back. When/if I get the chance! There was a lot of privacy and we did not hear the group at the cabin next to us other than when they first got there and unloaded. The area was quiet and the horses were so sweet. We didn't have a chnance to explore the woods in the property, but the trees behind our cabin had us feeling like we were in nature. There was a ton of wood, but unless you are amazing at starting fires, I would bring a hatchet to break of some smaller pieces. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked great. The privy and bathrooms were clean.
