Every convenience an RVer could ask for is within 10 minutes and many are walkable\. Pets are welcome and will enjoy the oversized 90’ x 45’ lot\. Plenty of parking for your tow vehicle and there is even a Ford dealership with Service department in walking distance should you need to have some maintenance taken care off\. A featured walking path located across the street, nearby state parks and beaches\. We are a full time traveling family and we created this RV lot to be everything we want when we stay here\. \*PLEASE NOTE\* we are on a busy street that leads to the beaches and shopping so backing into the lot can be intimidating to newer RVers\. Traffic is lighter after 6, so if the lot is empty you can arrange to arrive the night before your check in at no extra charge if this concerns you Weekly rate $315 \($45 per night\)\. Monthly rate $1,200 \($40 per night\)\. Special monthly rate for Aug\-Oct $1,000 \(rainy season \- $35 per night\)\. The two properties have a common access gate to join the RV lot and the cottage yard\.
