What’s Available: Free Boondocking \(no hookups\) Optional Full Hookups – $15/night Includes 30/50 amp electric, water, and septic Space to stretch out and enjoy the view\. Unobstructed stargazing and spectacular sunsets Very little light or noise pollution Nearby Destinations: Temple / Belton – 30 min Waco – 35 min \(Dr Pepper Museum, Magnolia Market\) Lake Belton & Mother Neff State Park – under 1 hour Austin – 1 hour south Important Note: Please arrive from the north heading south on FM 1772\. While our property roads form a teardrop shape, you must enter and exit via the south gate only\. The northern road has low\-hanging power lines that are unsafe for RVs\. Call or text upon arrival, and we’ll gladly meet you at the gate to guide you in\. We love hosting respectful, self\-contained travelers looking for a quiet spot to relax\.
