Parking is next to my barn where someone can plug into 110, $5 reimbursement for 110V electricity , $8 if you are able to use AC\. I have water available, but not right at the parking site\. Access shouldn’t be a problem for a vehicle and camper, up to, but no over 40’…that’s 40’ TOTAL, truck and trailer\. I’ve set a 40’ limit because a truck and smallish trailer will be able to access the site if the driver has good backing skills\. For MotorHomes, the limit is 30’\. A MOTORHOME OVER 30’ WILL NOT WORK HERE…PLEASE DON’T ASK…\.AS MANY HAVE 🙂\. You need to back in to get to the spot\. Very good backing up skills a must\. My home is intown Durham, close to UNH and there’s 10 acres out back for dog walking\.\.\.off lease if well trained\. Contained Firepit is OK as long as there isn’t a fire ban\. 10 miles from Portsmouth NH and the beaches, about one hour from the mountains\.
