We have a two\-acre property in a desert location\. About 15 minutes from the freeway, but only 5 minutes or so to a Walmart, a Target, a large grocery store, a large post office, and a number of restaurants\. Nothing special about our place, but there is plenty of room to park even the largest RV, and a towing truck or towed car\. We live on a dirt road which is no good for an RV if it's rained much at all\. But except for a few days, a few times a year, it's "as dry as desert" here\. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Where you see our small motorhome in the pictures is the guest space\. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* We normally keep our Motorhome and our 5th Wheel in the back yard, with access on the other side\. The guest space is large enough we have backed in our 33' Fifth wheel and left the truck attached, and still been way off the road\. If you prefer, or if your trailer really is too long, there is also plenty of room to detach and park the truck on either side\. Or in the case of a Large Class A or C with towed vehicle, the towed can be parked on either side\. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* And we don't have any problem if you detach and go drive the truck or the towed for supplies or to see someplace\. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* We have a water well, and our house is served by the well\. We can't do municipal water hook up from it, but visitors are welcome to fill tanks with it\. We do not have a dump station or any 30 or 50 amp service\. But we can run a regular extension cord with 15amp household power, for $10 for an overnight\.
