Overall, the campsite offers a beautiful location by the Colo River and spacious grounds that many campers appreciate for their privacy and natural beauty. While the staff is noted as friendly and helpful, several reviews highlight that the facilities are in need of significant maintenance and cleaning, which detracts from the overall experience. Noise from other campers can also be an issue, particularly during busy times. Despite these drawbacks, many visitors enjoy the rustic charm and simplicity of the site, making it a decent choice for those seeking a back-to-basics camping adventure.
