We are a short 1 hr drive from Brisbane and Toowoomba surrounded by acres of bushland\. We are a 10 minute drive from Rosewood and Laidley where you will find cafes, supermarkets, fuel and a variety of other things to enjoy\. Our lovely campground will accommodate swags, tents, campers, caravans and motorhomes\. We provide an extensive camping ground which ensures that you will have a large amount of space to set up comfortably\. Flushing toilets and hot showers are provided\. We offer you the choice of a standard enclosed private shower or the fun of open air showers\. We also have ice for sale\. We are happy for you to come and camp on your own or book the entire place if you have an event, large groups are welcome\. There is a designated area that can be hired for parties and private functions with marquees available if required\. Pets are welcome and must be under control and on a leash as there are farm animals kept on this property\. Camp fires are permitted in communal fire areas or at your camp in provided fire drums\. There is a limited number of fire drums available, so you are welcome to bring your own\. The only exception will be if a local fire ban is activated\. We have firewood available for sale, or you can collect free firewood off the ground\. You are also welcome to bring your own firewood\. No chainsaws allowed\. Please note that there is no potable water on site\. You must bring your own DRINKING water\. During extreme weather events the property can be affected, so if rain is forecast, please call before heading out\. Things to do and see: The Grandchester hotel is a short 10min walk away and offers cold drinks, great meals and friendly country hospitality\. Spicers Hidden Vale is approximately 6km away and perfect for bike riders\. Rosewood train museum showcases steam locomotives and Grandchester scale model rail rides run once a month\.
