We were unable to sit outside of our van after the sun started to set due to the worst level of mosquitoes we have experienced on our trip so far (8 weeks in FNQ) and we were woken around 6am on Sunday morning by the neighbours who decided to bring their party back home from wherever they were. Very central. \nAsh allowed us to stay and clean our caravan which was great. However we called upon arrival as per instructions with no answer, so we followed txt message instructions on where our spot would be only to find out after being set up and in our spot for an hour or more by another person upon arrival that it’s not the right spot and we had to move further out the back. \nThe lawn has not been mowed in a while. Sun or no sun we were getting eaten alive by god knows what. And you couldn’t see through the grass.
