We loved exploring the woods around the pond. The campsite is only a few miles from the town of North Creek where we were able to hike along the Hudson River, which was awesome. This was the perfect time of year to be in the adirondacks, the colors were amazing everywhere we went. The cabin was so cute. We absolutely loved our trip. It was a lovely experience. The tent itself is huge and constructed wonderfully. The outhouse was probably the nicest one I have ever used. The site was pretty muddy due to the amount of rain the area had gotten recently. Our dogs had a great time running around checking everything out. We loved walking around the site and trails looking at all the different mushrooms growing. The only issue we had was the cart was very low on air in the tires which made the trek in a bit difficult especially since it was raining. Next time I would arrange for a ride for the load in.
