The price was good until you figure in 18% extra charge for hipcamp. C-12 was long enough for my 36 ft class A and car. I recommend you check over the site before you pull in. The place is infested with ants. Both tiny black ones and red biting ones. I had to change sites because the first one was blanketed with ants. I had to spray them which didn't seem to work. Also saw lots of dead mice laying around. The owner is not on site and did not answer his phone when I needed help in changing sites. We got it straightened out the next day but I had to pay the extra 45.00 hipcamp fee that was not refunded for the first site. Brent the owner is very nice and seems to enjoy what he's doing and was helpful when he arrived at the campground for the weekend. \nEveryone I met was friendly. It has a lot of permanent residence and mobile homes along with daily campsites. \nI liked the creek running through the campground and the view of the mountains is amazing.
