Close to vineyard concerts; close to vineyard restaurants; close to Hunter Valley wineries. 20 acres of 'almost parkland' with dam and small wooded area. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space to wander and explore. Park you van on the high side, but walk anywhere. And we have a very friendly cat called Gladys! :) Places of interest nearby might be the Bimbadeen Lookout, the Watagan Mountains view...
