Our land links conveniently with a network of public rights of way – including the historic Jurassic Way \- allowing the more serious walkers to explore on foot further afield\. Interestingly our farm includes an area of rare grasses on steep banks formed during the ice age – this can be seen within just a 3 minute stroll of Wheathill Field\. The Naseby battle of 1645 took place locally\. Wheathill Farm sits on a part of that history as the Royalist came over our land during their retreat\.
